you don’t need the <hr… parts if you don’t want them ..but it helps them stand out

the first is to use the shortcode link in the mailerlite plugin forms

or to copy the code from the mailerlite account html code…

or if you want it on each and every page then the javascript

adding this to the head section of ad inserter plugin
